The negotiation skills workshop aims at giving the trainees tips on how to employ techniques and strategies that will lead to a more successful negotiation. The workshop will help trainees understand the process of negotiation, understand when and how to use different negotiation tactics to reach a win-win solution. There will be a special focus on the key communication skills needed in discussions. Trainees will participate in short challenging situations to employ the negotiation skills among each other.
